I. Scope of Application​

This refund and return policy applies to all products purchased by you through the wogassy.com website. Products can only be returned or exchanged under the conditions specified in this policy.​

II. Refund and Return Conditions​

(A) Return Conditions​

  1. Quality Issues: If the product you receive has quality problems, such as damage, defects, functional failures, or other non – human – caused issues, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide clear photos or videos of the product problems as evidence when applying.​
  1. Wrong Delivery or Missed Items: If we send the wrong product or miss items, you can contact us at any time to apply for a return. We will bear the return shipping cost and either arrange for the correct product to be shipped or process a refund for you.​
  1. Non – Quality Issues: You can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the following requirements are met:​
  • The product must be in brand – new condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and all labels, tags, and accessories (such as the lining of the jewelry box, the dust bag of the bag, etc.) must be intact.​
  • The original packaging of the product must be kept in good condition, unopened, and undamaged.​

(B) Exchange Conditions​

  1. Size or Color Issues: If you need to exchange the product for a different size or color and we have the corresponding inventory, you can apply for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Similarly, the product must meet the state requirements in the “Non – Quality Issues” return conditions above.​
  1. Quality Issues: When applying for an exchange due to product quality issues, there is no time limit as mentioned above. We will promptly replace the product with the same style in good condition. If the same style is not available, you can choose to exchange it for another product or apply for a return.​

III. Refund and Return Process​

(A) Application​

  1. You can log in to the wogassy.com website, go to the “My Orders” page, find the order for which you want to apply for a refund or return, click the “Apply for Refund/Return” button, and fill in the refund/return reason, description, and upload relevant evidence (if any) according to the system prompts.​
  1. You can also contact our customer service team by sending an email to reachus@wogassy.com or calling the customer service number 0451 – 961 – 630 to submit a refund/return application. The customer service staff will assist you in completing the application process.​

(B) Review​

Our customer service team will review your refund/return application within 3 business days after receiving it. If the review is passed, we will send you a confirmation email or text message containing the return address and other information; if the review is not passed, we will also notify you of the reason in a timely manner.​

(C) Return/Exchange​

  1. Return: After the review is passed, please send the product back to the return address we provide using a reliable courier service. To ensure the safe delivery of the product and facilitate our tracking, it is recommended that you choose a courier service that can provide logistics tracking information and keep the courier receipt. The return shipping cost will be advanced by you. If the return is due to product quality issues, wrong delivery, or missed items, we will refund the shipping cost to your payment account after receiving the returned product and confirming its condition; if it is a non – quality – issue return, the shipping cost will be borne by you.​
  1. Exchange: After the review is passed, we will arrange the shipment of the new product within 7 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the exchange conditions. The rules for bearing the two – way shipping costs for exchanges are the same as those for returns.​

IV. Refund Methods and Timeframes​

(A) Refund Methods​

We will refund you using the original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be used for the refund (such as when the bank card has been cancelled), we will negotiate other refund methods with you, such as bank transfer or issuing shopping vouchers.​

(B) Refund Timeframes​

  1. For returns due to quality issues, wrong delivery, or missed items, we will complete the refund operation within 5 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming its condition. The time for the refund to reach your account may vary depending on the processing speed of the payment institution and the bank, generally within 3 – 7 business days.​
  1. For non – quality – issue returns, we will complete the refund operation within 7 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the return conditions. The account – arrival time is also affected by the processing speed of the payment institution and the bank.​

V. Notes​

  1. Please take good care of the product and its related accessories and packaging during the refund and return process. Damage or loss of the product or accessories caused by improper storage may affect the review result of your refund or return application.​
  1. Custom – made products, intimate clothing, and other special products are not eligible for no – reason returns or exchanges, except in case of quality issues. The specific categories of special products will be clearly marked on the product details page.​
